My Wardrobe

Hey guys,

So today I wanted to show you my wardrobe and give you an idea of my fashion style/outfits that I prefer to wear. as you can already tell, I love pastels and big baggy jumpers! Most of my clothes were purchased a while ago so I'm sorry if there's something you like that's not available any more (I will mention if I recently bought something)

From blouses to t-shirts I love a good floral print, at the moment I would say my 'fruit' blouse is my favourite out of the three I own, it was my sisters so it is a few years old but I see nothing wrong with a good hand-me-down! It's bright, colourful and reflects my personality wonderfully! Paired with the pinky coral jumper above (£28 from top shops petite range) it looks eye-catching and stylish! on the topic of the jumper I love the lace detail at the bottom additionally it looks great with the three quarter length sleeves :) I also added a picture of my bottom draw as it is currently a home for all my winter clothes, however knowing British weather they will soon be coming out again. I do own trousers by the way I just didn't get a picture of them because the're just plain skinny jeans and disco pants mainly.

Along with my jumpers I own three little jackets for slightly colder weather the're perfect for summer as they are not to thick e.g. you won't get to hot, but the're not as good for winter unless your just going out for a meal with family or friends and need something to go over that dress with woolly tights and brown boots (my personal favourite 'going out' outfit in winter).

That's the end, I hope you enjoyed exploring my wardrobe and got some ideas for yours! Follow me for more food, fashion and lifestyle posts.

Tanya Burr Cookie Recipie

Hey guys,

So a few days ago I decided to make Tanya Burr's yummy cookies (and I can safely say they are VERY tasty) So I wanted to share the recipe with you in case you haven't seen Tanya's video about them or just wanted to read the recipe instead of writing it down yourself!

What you will need:
  • A big bowl
  • A wooden spoon
  • Scales
  • An electric whisk
  • Two greased and lined trays
What ingredients you need:
  • 200g of butter
  • 300g of caster sugar
  • 325g of self raising flour
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • Milk
  • 1 egg

1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
2. Whisk together all of the butter and sugar until softened (it should look lighter)
3. Crack in the egg and whisk (you don't need to beat the egg before)
4. Add in the flour, with a wooden spoon mix it until it starts to form a dough like mixture (you can add a dash of milk if its to dry and doesn't form into a doughy ball)
5. Break up all the chocolate and add it into the mixture in chunks, mix it in with your hands and make sure its evenly spread out
6. Separate the mixture into fist shaped balls and slightly pat them down onto the trays (don't try put to many on a tray because they will stick together)
7. Cook for 10-12 minute but no longer, it may look slightly un-cooked but it isn't
8. Leave them to cool for 25-30 minutes
9. EAT THEM!!!

I hope you liked this recipe blog post and enjoy making the cookies yourself, follow for more posts on food, fashion and lifestyle.

Summer to Autumn Outfits

Hey guys,

So today I wanted to show you show you a few of my outfit plans for autumn. I love autumn, the leaves turning brown always look so pretty and the fashion is always my favourite! These outfits are going to be casual, fancy and a bit of both. I would just like to point out i have not yet been shopping for autumn clothing yet and its mainly based on my style, not AW14 trends.

The bold and eye-catching flowers on this beautiful pencil skirt look stunning against the black crop top! Great for family meals or parties, this outfit is a winner for me.

Although it may be hard work wiggling upstairs, I love this style of skirt! The crop top may be a little plain however, it is great for going out or staying in. It's also not to short so it is great for taking a step out of your comfort zone and trying new things.

This outfit may seem a bit summery but it's great for the transition of Summer to Autumn. With the comfy pink cardigan to keep you warm and the blouse to make it brighter, it's perfect for going out shopping with friends. However, it's not too fancy e.g. you won't look like you're having Christmas dinner in Primark.

Flower Crown- Primark £2.50

Okay, so this outfit is perfect for cuddling up in a blanket drinking hot chocolate and watching Disney movies. The jumper is really comfy but still really pretty with the floral detail on the shoulder. In addition, you can never go wrong with a pair of disco pants. It would also look great with ankle boots and frilly socks for going out.

So that's the end of my little Autumn outfit plan. I hope you got some ideas and I also want to point out you don't always have to buy the new styles/trends, you can always wear that jumper you loved last year and still look great.
